Enterprise creation cannot be limited to the mere launch. A systematic follow-up <\/strong>is required to preserve and develop such rich skills heritage and of enterprises net. Such deficiency, in Europe as well as in Africa, entailed enterprises management frequently improvised, whilst the access to international markets are subordinated to strict management policies.<\/p>\n The lack of specialised services for enterprises has penalised<\/strong> increased productivity<\/strong>, essential for an international integration.<\/strong><\/p>\n As the informal<\/strong> Sector <\/strong>represents in Africa two thirds of its economy<\/strong>, a national recovery could only be made possible, through the institution of organs responsible of a specialised quality support <\/strong>to the enterprises, respecting the local culture<\/strong>.<\/p>\n CREATION Enterprise creation cannot be limited to the mere launch.
